Shipments & Returns

  • We currently ship within the United States. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

  • Orders typically ship within 14 days of placed order. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location and carrier.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.

  • At this time, local pickup is not available unless otherwise specified.

  • Items may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment location. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

  • Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist in filing a claim.

  • Due to the nature of décor items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Exchanges are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.
